Q: Don’t I Get Enough BCAA’S In My Protein Shake? I Thought My Protein gave me all the Amino Acids I needed.
A: That depends upon how hard you train and how much lean mass you want. BCAAs are about 70% of total muscle protein cell weight. Q: Do I Take it with My Protein Shake or Meal?
A: All proteins break down into amino acids and some compete for muscle receptor sites and/or enzymes. The result is something good may get kicked out, like BCAAs. Since Chain’d Out® passes through the GI rather quickly, you simply need to be sure you have not consumed proteins for 2 hours prior or 20-30 minutes after ingestion. Pretty simple, huh?
